1. Validity Period of the Plan
In general, health check-up plans are valid for 6 to 12 monthsfrom the date of payment confirmation (this may vary slightly depending on theindividual clinic, but will not be less than 6 months). Customers must undergothe relevant examination within this validity period and are required to makean appointment with the clinic at least 1 month in advance. Expiredplans will become invalid, and no extensions or refunds will be granted.
2. Amendment, Transfer, and Refund Policy
Once an order is confirmed, no cancellations, refunds, orexchanges for other clinics or plans will be accepted.
3. Handling of Extreme and Special Circumstances
In the event of extreme circumstances (such as the closure of therelevant clinic, or the clinic's failure to provide services on time without ajustifiable reason), [怡康生活 E-HealthLife] will be responsible forarranging a transfer to another clinic of equivalent quality for the check-up,or arranging a refund at its discretion.
⚠️ Note: The total refundamount shall strictly not exceed the actual amount paid by the customer, andthe value of any issued cash vouchers (if applicable) must be deducted.
4. Right of Final Decision
In case of any disputes, [怡康生活 E-HealthLife] and the relevant medical institutions/clinics reserve the right offinal decision.
